UTICA, N.Y. (WKTV) - Matthew Cuda brought his 68-year-old mother to Bassett Hospital in Cooperstown this time last year after she fell and hit her head on a piece of furniture. His attorney, Mark Wolber, says hospital staff notified Utica Police, who came to Cooperstown and arrested Cuda for assault.

UTICA, N.Y. (WKTV) - Police say an employee who was fired from a Varick Street bar returned to the bar and stole money hours later. According to Utica Police, John Luciano, 40, of Utica was arrested on January 31 and has been charged with third-degree burglary and petit larceny.
